What should I expect from "Staying Stopped"?

• wear comfortable clothes and bring a pillow and blanket
• five very small needles will be inserted in each ear – this only takes a few minutes
• with the needles in you will be asked to lie down and relax
• after about 45 minutes, the needles will be removed and you will be given a hot cup of herb tea which will help the detoxification process
• there will be time to discuss issues related to stopping smoking and for you to talk about your process
